Formerly the Vice President of Quality at a 10-division world-class steel automotive company in Mississauga, Ontario, Mike has been at the forefront of implementing and auditing international quality standards across North America.
He played a key role in facilitating the first QS 9000 / ISO 9002 quality system in North America and has led successful implementations of TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, and SISAP across various sectors. His deep understanding of certification processes and regulatory compliance has made him a sought-after expert in helping organizations achieve and maintain world-class quality standards.
Mike has presented at industry-leading forums, including the American Society for Quality (ASQ) conferences, General Motors symposiums, Magna facilities, and the University of Toronto.
