Machinery & Equipment

Joseph has substantial experience in the production and distribution of machinery and machine parts, focusing on optimizing manufacturing line performance. He has successfully applied Lean Six Sigma principles to improve critical metrics such as lagging First Time Yield (FTY) and inefficient Throughput Yield (TPY). Joseph has designed and implemented Kanban systems to streamline inventory flow and reduce waste.

He is skilled in coaching floor personnel to “drill down” into operational issues, guiding teams to uncover root causes and develop practical solutions that address real-world plant challenges. His hands-on leadership and continuous improvement expertise have led to measurable gains in production efficiency, product quality, and overall operational reliability.

Food & Beverages

Joseph has extensive experience collaborating with assembly line workers to address variation issues, uneven production, and inconsistent SOPs—challenges often encountered in Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environments. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he applied advanced problem-solving techniques such as Value Stream Mapping and comprehensive Process Mapping to uncover root causes and understand underlying process inefficiencies.

Joseph’s expertise enables him to design and implement targeted improvement programs that enhance process consistency, reduce waste, and increase throughput. His hands-on approach and ability to engage frontline teams have resulted in measurable improvements in production quality, operational efficiency, and overall workflow reliability.

Other Manufacturing

Joseph has applied manufacturing principles to develop robust procedures and guidelines that ensure quality and consistency in producing training materials for workers. With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he is skilled at integrating core Lean Six Sigma principles into daily work habits, making them accessible and practical through both classroom instruction and on-the-floor coaching.

Working closely with educational institutions, Joseph has designed site-specific, fit-for-purpose curricula tailored to facility workforces, aligning training with operational goals.
