As a consultant, he has led the implementation of Lean-Six Sigma, the National Award for Quality model, Continuous Improvement methodologies, Quality management systems, and various certifiable standards across multiple organizations.
As a consultant in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement, he has worked with a wide range of companies across Latin America, including Telecom-Personal, Tenaris, Coca-Cola, Telefónica de Argentina, Unilever, Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia), YPF-Profertil, Exxon, Banco de Boston, Kraft Foods, Cadbury, Nextel, Ford, Taranto, Alba-ICI-AkzoNobel, Aguas Danone, LAN Chile (LATAM), AB InBev, Kimberly-Clark, AVON, Cardif, SANOFI, Sealed Air, La Fármaco Argentina, Kleiman, IAE Business School, Banco de México, Bimbo, Biogénesis Bagó, and many others.
He was a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ, USA) and served as a member of the Recertification Committee in Argentina. Additionally, he was the Academic Director of the postgraduate course in Quality Management (with International Certification) at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA). He has also taught at several universities, including UTN, UCALP, UBA, and Austral, and has served as a professor for Six Sigma training courses for ASQ in Argentina, covering SSBB, SSGB, SS Champion, and SS Executive programs.

Daniel has extensive experience in the automotive sector, specializing in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing in blowing, injection, and injection-blowing companies. His work has focused on reducing setup times through SMED techniques, optimizing production efficiency, and improving overall equipment effectiveness. He has also led VSM initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes across operations.
Beyond internal process optimization, Daniel has provided strategic support in client and supplier interactions, ensuring alignment in quality standards, process expectations, and continuous improvement initiatives. He has also spearheaded the implementation of statistical process control (SPC) in critical variables, enhancing product consistency, defect reduction, and real-time process monitoring. Daniel has led the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma training programs tailored for Purchasing and Technical Departments, equipping teams with the skills needed to drive continuous improvement and enhance decision-making.
He has also provided strategic support to suppliers, helping them improve product quality and delivery performance through structured problem-solving methodologies. His expertise includes guiding suppliers in creating Value Stream Maps (VSM) of critical processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing targeted improvements. Daniel has designed, installed, and supported Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) improvement programs across a diverse range of chemical and manufacturing companies, including Ledesma (paper and sugar), Atanor and Bunge (agrochemicals), Unilever (soap and glycerin plant), and Rousselot (gelatin manufacturing), among others.
His work has focused on LSS belt training, coaching improvement teams, and providing hands-on support to ensure the successful adoption of Lean and TPM methodologies. Through these programs, he has helped companies enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, optimize maintenance processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. His expertise has been instrumental in boosting productivity, improving equipment reliability, and fostering a culture of excellence in process industries.

Daniel has extensive experience in Quality and Systems Improvement programs, having served as a Manager at Chesebrough Ponds and Unilever across Latin America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
As an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has led Lean Six Sigma improvement projects for AB InBev in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Uruguay, driving process optimization and operational excellence.

Daniel acted as a consultant and trainer in the development of Lean Enterprise for LATAM Airlines, with a specific focus on optimizing customer service at the front desk and streamlining the daily maintenance processes and annual aircraft shutdowns. Additionally, he provided consulting support for Despegar.com, a leading Latin American online travel agency, implementing a Lean-based improvement program.
