Henry Foppoli

Henry is an Industrial Engineer and Master Black Belt certified by the University of York Schulich School of Business, with over 17 years of experience in continuous improvement and leading projects in North and Latin America. He is also specialized in Government Funding solutions available in Canada such as SR&ED and other programs designed to address specific business requirements.

Henry has a practical approach to Lean Six Sigma and is motivated by the achievement of tangible financial results. Also, Henry is specialized in funding solutions for innovation offered by the Government of Canada.

In his career, he has assisted businesses in several sectors, including manufacturing, service, and government, generating profits of over $65M USD.

In the field of academics, Henry is a professor at Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada and teaches the Lean Six Sigma Foundations and the Data Analysis courses within the Lean Six Sigma program.

Mike McKernan

B.Eng. – Senior Partner

Mike was the Vice President of Quality at a 10 Division World Class Steel Automotive company located in Mississauga, Ontario. Over the past 25 years, he has “championed” many world-class accreditations and achievements, including facilitating the First Quality System (QS 9000 / ISO 9002) in North America. Other accreditations include TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, and SISAP. Over the years, Mike has spoken on many Quality Initiatives at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) conferences, General Motors Symposiums, Magna facilities, and at the University of Toronto.

His practical approach to business, loyalty, and empathy are some of the unique qualities Mike has acquired over the years to successfully and effectively train other companies to achieve their Strategic Business Plans.

He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board for a third party Registrar, with the head office located in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Also, he is Chairman of the Board of the Northmount Foundation in Toronto, Ontario.
